Pursuant to Article 5 of the aforementioned Decree, the customer (if classified as a "consumer" pursuant to Article 1, letter b) of the Decree) has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the ordered products, still in their original sealed packaging. This return may be made without penalty and without specifying the reason. The right of withdrawal must be exercised by the Customer, under penalty of forfeiture, by sending a registered letter with return receipt to the supplier's address indicated in point 1 above, within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery of the purchased goods. The above notification may also be sent, within the same timeframe, by fax to the supplier at the number indicated above, provided it is confirmed, by registered letter with return receipt, within 48 (forty-eight) hours of sending the fax. The Customer may also send an email to info@balaclavaperfumes.com, specifying their details: Name, Surname, Address, Order Number of the original order, Telephone Number, Product Description, IBAN, and the name of the account holder requesting the refund (see email template below).

As soon as this communication is sent, the Customer must ship the product they wish to return, at their own expense and using a courier of their choice, including a letter with the information provided via email (see template below).

The returned product must be received at BALACLAVA PERFUMES - Via Palianese Nord, 97 - 03018 Paliano (FR), within 14 calendar days of the date on which the Customer communicated the withdrawal. Once the returned product has been received, BALACLAVA PERFUMES - Via Palianese Nord, 97 - 03018 Paliano (FR) will refund the price paid for the product(s) for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised via bank transfer within 14 calendar days of the day the decision to withdraw was communicated, provided that the returned item has been received by the company or unequivocal proof of shipment by courier has been provided.

Once the products have been received and inspected, if they are not damaged and have not been opened, the supplier will, as soon as possible and in any case in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Article 5, paragraph 7 of the Decree, credit the customer for the cost of the returned products, withholding, where necessary, any unpaid shipping costs, which will be the customer's responsibility. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by the customer if the purchased products have been opened by the customer or if the products are damaged. Any enclosed items must be returned together and still sealed. The right of withdrawal applies only to goods that are intact at the time of return and cannot be exercised for products that, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or deteriorate rapidly.

All mandatory legal provisions protecting consumers, understood as customers acting outside their professional activity pursuant to the definition of consumer contained in Article 2, letter e) of the aforementioned Decree, remain unaffected. With regard to the processing of customer personal data, please refer to the Privacy Policy section regarding the processing of personal data below. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the supplier has the right to refuse the return of products that are missing their packaging, or that have been altered from their essential and qualitative characteristics, or that have been damaged. If the terms and conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, the customer will not be entitled to a refund of the amounts already paid to the supplier; however, the customer may, at his or her own expense, have the products returned in the condition in which they were returned to the supplier. Otherwise, the supplier may retain the products, in addition to the amounts already paid for their purchase. Pursuant to Article 5 of the aforementioned Decree, the right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for natural persons (consumers), and therefore cannot be exercised by legal entities or natural persons acting for purposes related to any professional activity they may carry out.

As soon as this communication is sent, the customer must ship, at his or her own expense and using a courier of his or her choice, the product he or she intends to return, including a letter with the contact information provided by email (see template below).

The returned product must be sent to BALACLAVA PERFUMES - Via Palianese Nord, 97 - 03018 Paliano (FR) within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicated your withdrawal. Once the returned product has been received, BALACLAVA PERFUMES will refund the price paid for the product(s) for which you exercised your right of withdrawal via bank transfer, within 14 calendar days from the day on which you communicated your decision to withdraw, provided that the returned item has been received by the company or unequivocal proof of shipment by courier has been provided.

The customer will be held responsible, and therefore not eligible for compensation, for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than that strictly necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the item. For products for personal use, for hygiene and health reasons, used products cannot be returned.

All risks related to the transport of the returned product are borne by the customer.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without a signature. If you prefer delivery via UPS Extra with signature required, an additional charge will apply, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include handling, packaging, and postage. Handling costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend grouping your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, so shipping costs will be charged for each. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
